1. Return & Exchange
- If you are not satisfied / changed your mind, you may request an exchange within 7 days after receiving the item.
- You may top up the price difference to exchange for a higher-value item.
-Items must be in brand-new condition with original tags attached.
-The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
a. Premium items
b. Customized products
c. Sale or promotional items
-If the product is damaged during transit, we will arrange an exchange after verification.
2. Refund
- Refunds are only applicable if the seller fails to ship the order within the agreed time frame.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
3. Process
- Contact our customer service and provide: Order number + Issue description + Product photos.
- After confirmation, our team will provide you with the return address.
- Send back the item and keep the tracking number.
- Once we receive and verify the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
